Oh, where, oh where will it be?
Wylie like we've thought and planned or elsewhere? Where else?? you might be asking... Granbury, TX - 30 miles southwest of Fort Worth (is that 30 miles to downtown or to the city limits? Those signs always confuse me - I'll have to check on that...).
When Brent took the Wyile job, it was an answered prayer and fit our "criteria."
Close enough to commute from our apartment? Check.
Keep my ob/gyn? Check.
Close to friends? Check.
On the "outskirts" of the metroplex (for Brent)? Check.
Close enough to shopping (for me)? Check.
Close enough to Reiley's vet? Check.
It went on like that.
He likes the staff, the location - it seemed to be a good fit. Then we started the house hunt this past January and fell in love with the house that we are currently building. Check plus + plus. LOVE the house. But he still hasn't been presented a reasonable contract to officially sign. They have been negotiating since March. Not constant negotitions, but still - since March? After the presentation of the initial contract in March, Brent decided to contact some placement people and began praying (yes, Brent prays) for some "super" guidance. This past Monday, he visited a practice in Granbury, and for the first time since he started dental school, I heard excitement in his voice about his profession again. Dr. Baird is truly a teacher, and Brent could learn so much from him. Is this the guidance for which he's been praying? Possibly, so we have to check it out, which we'll do Saturday afternoon (Edwards, we still plan to come to your house, too). I'm still praying for guidance, and I know that if it truly is God's plan, then everything will fall into place. Just makes for a nervous me (but it feels like an excited nervous, too - hard to understand at this point). I'll keep you updated.

I totally understand everything you just said. Scott has been going through the same thing. If it is what is supposed to be, you will have a perfect peace about it. God will answer your prayers. See you Saturday night!!
